Painting class in Bratislava: a beginner-friendly evening at ArtLoft

A painting class in Bratislava is one of the easiest ways to spend an evening doing something you will actually remember. ArtLoft is a creative studio at Jakubovo námestie 19, a few minutes on foot from the city centre.

You do not need to know how to paint

Most of our guests hold a brush for the first time since school. The class is built around that: an instructor guides the whole painting step by step, from the background layers to the final details, and comes to your easel whenever you get stuck.

How the evening works

• You get an apron, a canvas on an easel and a palette of acrylic paints.
• The instructor introduces the reference motif for the evening.
• You paint together, layer by layer, with the instructor explaining every step.
• There is a break for a drink and a snack.
• You sign your canvas and take it home the same evening.

The class lasts around 2 to 3 hours including the break.

What is included

The price of 39 € covers the canvas, acrylic paints, brushes, an apron, light refreshments and the instructor. Bring nothing but yourself.

Same reference, different paintings

Even when ten people paint the same motif, ten different canvases end up on the tables. Different brushwork, different colours, different mood – that is the part people remember.
