What personal data we process

We only process data you give us voluntarily through the contact form, when booking classes, workshops and events, when registering for summer camps, or by e-mail and phone:

• first name and surname,
• e-mail address and phone number,
• billing details (if needed),
• details in your message or booking (number of people, date, note).

Purpose of processing

• handling your booking of a class, workshop or event,
• communicating with customers and sending information about booked services,
• issuing accounting documents,
• meeting legal obligations.

Legal basis

• performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps,
• compliance with legal obligations,
• legitimate interest of the controller,
• consent of the data subject, where required.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or for the period set by law. Accounting data is kept for the period required by applicable legislation. Messages from the contact form are kept for at most 12 months.

Recipients of personal data

Data may only be shared with parties involved in providing our services:

• web hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud / Supabase),
• e-mail delivery provider (booking confirmations),
• our accountant or accounting company,
• IT service providers.

We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

The site uses technically necessary cookies and local storage needed for it to work (for example administrator sign-in and your cookie choice). We do not use marketing or profiling trackers.

• request erasure of your personal data,
• restrict processing of your personal data,
• object to processing and request data portability,
• lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
